Jones Paralegal offers different forms of consultations and these include the following:

All relevant documentation must be submitted to Jones Paralegal before the consultation

In addition, we require that the consultation fee be paid in advance

Rates for consultations vary depending on the complexity of your case
Fees:

Consultations are $170.00 an hour

Full Legal Representation fees are based on the complexity of the case

Online Remote Mediation Services via Zoom/ GoogleMeets are $75.00 an hour

Legal Coaching rates are $85.00 an hour
CANCELLATION FEES AND REFUNDS
Please note, that the consultation fee is 100% refundable if you cancel your appointment either by calling (1-800-745-5067) or by emailing the email address provided before the consultation more than twenty-four hours prior to your appointment time.
You may cancel for any reason.
Please note, upon request, the consultation fee will be paid back to you.
However, if you choose to cancel your appointment less than twenty-four hours after your appointment time, you will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your consultation fee.
For example, if you pay $170.00 to schedule a Landlord and Tenant Consultation, and you cancel your appointment, you will be assessed a cancellation fee of $85.00. Afterwards, you will be provided with the remaining balance of $85.00.
In addition, if you fail to appear for your consultation appointment and provide no notice whatsoever to Jones Paralegal, this will be considered a “No-Show”, and you will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your consultation fee.
Jones Paralegal understands that there may exist special and unavoidable circumstances that cause you to cancel your consultation appointment with less than a twenty-four-hour notice. In these special circumstances, Jones Paralegal reserves the right to waive your cancellation fee.
Jones Paralegal reserves the right to cancel or modify consultation reservations where it appears that a client has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the consultation reservations contain, or resulted from a mistake or error.
